“Gaston Lachaise: An Affair with ‘Primitivism’” by Larissa Bailiff, freelance art historian and lecturer at the Museum of Modern Art. First in series of four lectures (additional lectures on October 15, 22, 29) presented in conjunction with the exhibition Face & Figure: The Sculpture of Gaston Lachaise. Lectures begin promptly at 10:00 am. Series price for Museum members is $15; single lectures are $5 members, $7 non-members.  Advance reservations and payment are strongly recommended.
