Woodbury Schedules Summer Road, Bridge Work

The Woodbury Department of Public Works will be milling and paving several roads beginning next month.

According to the department, work will begin on the following roads in July:

  • Jacks Bridge Road
  • Judson Avenue
  • Plumbrook Road (portions)
  • Old Flanders Road

In addition to milling and paving, chip sealing will be applied to Flanders Road, from David’s Hill to Elephant Rock, and Middle Road Turnpike, from Walker Road to White Deer Rock Road.

The replacement of the bridge at Grassy Hill Road will begin on July 1 and is expected to take approximately four weeks.  The lower part of Grassy Hill Road will be closed for this work and delays should be expected, according to the department.
