Where to Go Leaf Peeping in Middlebury & Woodbury

When you want to see beautiful fall foliage, where do you go? We asked the question and Woodbury-Middlebury Patch readers answered!

New England is known for its fall foliage. I've been seeing a lot of beautiful autumn hues on Connecticut's trees!

We asked readers where they go to see fall foliage and here's what they had to say.

  • The fire tower at Orenaug Park — Tricia Aquilar and John R. Danaher
  • Drive up Route 7 to Vermont, then over to New Hampshire via Route 89 and back down. If you are referring to the immediate area, Lake Waramaug and Litchfield are beautiful. — Diane Saraceni
  • "A nice ride right up Route 63 to 7 to Stockbridge and back." — Karen Brazauskas
