Support Group for People Grieving Pet Loss Offered
If you've been struggling with the loss of a pet, here's information on a drop-in support group in Woodbury that may help.
Pets bring such joy and we never forget them. When we lose our animal companions, the grieving process can be long and difficult.
But you're not alone. A drop-in support group for adult 'pet parents' will take place once a month at New Morning Market, 129 Main St. North, Woodbury. The next date is Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 6:30 p.m.
Minors may attend, as long as they are accompanied by an adult guardian and fill out a consent form. There is no cost to attend but donations are welcome and will go toward art supplies and to support others that need private counseling.
