The elderflower liqueur is flowing at Good News Cafe in Woodbury. Bartender Mike Ricci showed us how to make a citrus elderflower martini, a perfect summertime drink.
When it comes to mixed drinks, the key is to use the right ratio so the alcohol isn't too overpowering and mix it well.
"If you make it right," he said, "you don't taste the booze."
