Community Corner

Myasthenia Gravis Walk - June 7, New Have Green

The MG Walk generates awareness, renews hope, and creates a community of support and strength. The MG Walk enables patients to talk about their illness – many for the first time – and experience an outpouring of support, concern, and a pledge from family, friends, and coworkers to do more.

This June, we gather to celebrate those we love who live with MG, celebrate the research we’ve helped develop by fundraising, and the path we’re on to a world without myasthenia gravis!  We encourage you to go to at www.mgwalk.org/connecticut and register.  There you can set up your “team page” for friends and relatives to make contributions on your behalf.  If you have questions or want to know more about our first MG Walk, contact Terri Adams 203-206-9532 or Anna Denninger 203-733-2705 today.

Join us on the Green in New Haven.  We need the help of all our members, their family and friends to make this event a success.  Let’s all walk together as a united group joining the tens of thousands of other MG Walkers across the nation in the fight against MG.
