Does the skydiver harm other's health a month or more after he/she's been on the ground? No. Tobacco smoke does. It's called third hand smoke. Value? How can you compare art and entertainment with smoking? Anybody can attend an art gallery and not adversely affect anybody else. Any normal person can watch TV or play video games without committing suicide or harming anybody. Smoking hurts everybody and helps no one every time a smoker lights up.
