Reported Theft from Curtis House

Management at the Curtis House Inn reported missing cash, according to a Monday, Oct. 17, police report. The case is under investigation.

On Friday, Oct. 21, the Curtis House reported a suspect stole cash from a cash register.

Middlebury Resident Arrested

According to a Wednesday, Oct. 19, police report, Frank Perrella, 33, of 25 Edgar Rd., Middlebury, was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment in the second degree.

He was notified of an active arrest warrant by Woodbury Police and surrendered to police without incident.

Perrella was issued a Monday, Oct. 24, court date. Officer George Romano investigated.

Failing Brakes Contributed to Car Accident

Police reported a one-car accident at 10:05 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20.

David Mirabilio, 54, of 244 Main St. North, Woodbury, drove off the road when his brakes failed, in front of 964 Main St. South, according to police.

The car struck a tree on the Main Street South property. There were no reported injuries.
