Quassy Fireworks Will Be in 3-D

This year's night lights will be made more spectacular by special glasses.

Seeing is believing when Independence Day fireworks light up the sky in “3-D” over Lake Quassapaug at Quassy Amusement Park here.

Special “3-D” fireworks viewing glasses will be sold for $1 on July 4th at Quassy to benefit Prevent Blindness Tri-State. The glasses will be on sale starting in the afternoon until they are sold out.

“The popularity of our ‘3-D’ fireworks show continues to grow and we are certainly pleased that it has supported Prevent Blindness throughout the years,” noted Eric Anderson, Quassy president.
