A 40-year-old Oxford man who was missing has been found dead, officials confirmed Friday morning.
As of last night, police were still looking for Shawn Quimby, a 40-year-old . Police had bloodhound dogs scouring the Larkin State Bridle Trail, a trail that goes through four towns, including Middlebury.
Quimby was last seen Wednesday morning at his home on Jacks Hill Road in Oxford, officials said. Police say the search of the trail was a first logical step as it's located behind the house. There were no signs of suspicious activity in the area, officials reported.
