Patch’s Little Pumpkin Costume Challenge is Now Closed

Heidi Klum will choose the grand prize winner from our favorite photos of your children's costumes.

Got the Halloween spirit? How about the charitable spirit?

Patch and Heidi Klum partnered to find out which kid in America has the most creative Halloween costume in the pumpkin patch.

We are sending the best of the best to Heidi, and she will choose the top photo this week. She will also announce the nine finalists who have won $1,031 for charity.

Grand Prize

The grand prize? Patch will whisk the winner to New York or Los Angeles for a three day, two night trip for two that includes a meet and greet with Heidi, plus a donation of $1,031 to a local charity of the winner's choice. Nine runners up will also get a $1,031 donation from Patch to a local charity of their choice.

Deadline

Submissions must be received before 9 p.m. local time on Halloween night: Monday, Oct. 31.

Winners will be contacted by email. Your local editor will pick one winner whose entry will be submitted to compete against up to 870 other local Patch winners. Heidi Klum will ultimately pick one grand prize winner.

How to Enter the Contest

Entering is easy. Just upload a photo of your child, 12 years of age or younger, in his or her Halloween costume. Entries must be made by the parent or legal guardian, aged 18 or older, of the child photographed. Here is the full set of

Very Important Rule

Photos must be uploaded to the article page that announces the contest with child’s name, entrant’s name and local charity of choice. That info can be added after the photo is uploaded by clicking "edit photo" and filling in the caption field.
